I came across this letter today from a professional track and field athlete named Shante Little that made me truly appreciate her transparency, honesty, and journey. Please take the time to read her story. Her words may be an inspiration to you or someone you know. We all have our battles. We all have our fears. Please know you are not alone and you are equipped to overcome your battles. Thank you Shante for your confidence and your courage. #TrackGirlz #FastFitFly
“Around this time last year, I started drafting what would become my ‘coming out’ letter. I had been engaged in this battle with bulimia for years—the climax of it being the aftermath of winning my first outdoor national championship. All of a sudden there was this enormous pressure to be great- to stay great. My sport wasn’t my own anymore.” – Shante Little

Inspiring. Love it
Thank you so much for sharing my story! My only hope is that I reach others facing similar struggles and to let them know that: it’s okay, it’s not the end, and that taking care of yourself is not selfish. So thank you, I appreciate the love and support.
Of course! Thank you for your courage. All the Best this season!
